Bruce received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University. Bruce served in the United States Army 983rd Engineers Division and was employed by Roadway Corporation before joining his father at the corporation in 1975. Utilizing his business skills as a sales representative and staffing coordinator, he worked zealously learning all aspects of the business. In 1982, he purchased the company. Since that purchase, sales have grown from $800,000 to projected revenues of $40,000,000 to $45,000,000 in 2004. Bruce is the leader of the Executive Team.
